Nevada Farm Bureau is a grassroots organization, directed by farmer/rancher members. Direction is provided by the organization’s public policy, started within county Farm Bureaus and sent forward to address issues identified by farmer and rancher members.

Farm Bureau members belong to county Farm Bureaus and their county Farm Bureau is a member of the Nevada Farm Bureau Federation. The Nevada Farm Bureau Federation is a member of the American Farm Bureau Federation.

Farm Bureau is a family organization with annual memberships. These memberships include parents and any unmarried children under the age of 21 – or until 24 if they are a student in college/university.

Nevada Farm Bureau is an advocacy organization, championing the public policy positions developed by farmer/rancher members and adopted through the annual policy development process. As a general farm organization, Farm Bureau’s focus is not commodity specific, but brings a full scope of perspective on issues impacting the whole of agriculture and rural interests.
